Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States—no minimum required. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@fragranceblissco.com. We can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are handled in 0-1 business days (Mon–Fri), then in transit 0-3 days (Mon–Fri) via USPS/DHL.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. Contact support@fragranceblissco.com with your order number to start a return. Customer covers return shipping. Refunds process within ~3 business days of the item being received, then up to 7 business days to hit your account (store credit is also offered as an option). Damaged/incorrect items get a free replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.

Yes, every fragrance we sell is 100% brand new and unused, straight from the original manufacturer packaging. We never sell used, refurbished, testers, or open-box items, each product is sealed and sourced directly from distributors and wholesalers to guarantee freshness and authenticity.
